We invest in all industries. We are sector agnostic but our key criteria for investment opportunities is:1. Minimum Traction: To ensure a solid foundation for growth, we prioritize companies that have strong growth prospects for their products and services and have an ARR of at least £2 million. This ensures that the companies we consider have demonstrated market traction and are now looking for a funding partner for the next stage of growth.
2. High Growth Potential: We are actively seeking businesses with a proven track record of consistent revenue growth and a clear vision for further expansion. Industries of particular interest include environmental, sustainability, healthcare, consumer and other businesses that aim to improve people’s lives.
3. Strong Management Teams: We firmly believe that the strength and expertise of a company's management team are paramount to its success. We seek to partner with visionary leaders who possess a deep understanding of their market, exhibit exceptional execution capabilities, and are passionate about driving their company’s growth.
