Typical termsWe invest $125000- a) $75,000 as the first tranche when the startup joins the program on a capped SAFE, of which $25,000 gets debited as a program participation fee, b) $50,000 as the second tranche when the startup raises $50,000 or more from an external investor at the lead investor's valuation & instrument of that round c) We also have a Continuity Fund where we invest top performing portfolio of each cohort $250,000 at pre-series A round.
